A History Built On Service

At Kenyon Management Solutions, our mission is to provide cost effective management services to government organizations and private homeowners.  At KMS, we believe everyone should have access to industry professionals at a cost that makes sense.

Kenyon Management Solutions has its origins in 1990 as Kenyon Consulting,  founded by Jim Kenyon with the goal of providing low cost alternatives to public agencies without needlessly hiring additional staff.  In the past, agencies/clients were often required to hire multiple contractors in order to complete a single project.  Kenyon Consulting became a one stop shop of industry professionals which allowed agencies/clients to complete all of the necessary tasks, at a much lower cost than hiring multiple contractors.

Over time as the services provided expanded, KMS was formed to better capture our company's scope.  KMS provides the services our clients need to satisfactorily complete any project they may encounter. You no longer need to worry about starting a project and not finishing it, or worse having a contractor take your money and not finish the job.
