Full Cycle Project Management
Provide full cycle project management for home repair and rehab programs, ​reducing delivery costs per project while increasing completed projects
Client–Agency Coordination
Coordinate with homeowners to develop home rehab projects that meet both short-term client needs and long-term program goals.
Environmental Testing
Provide lead and radon testing for homes, and assist with environmental reporting and compliance
Client–Contractor Coordination
Ensure high quality contractors are provided to all projects and facilitate communication between clients and contractors
Perform health and safety inspections on homes and develop projects to address deficiencies.
Building Inspections
Documentation Management
​Provide and manage contract documents for client-city agreements, client-contractor agreements, and loan agreements.
